If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay here it is “The Gabadi river edge home stay” As the name says it is located beside the Tunga river where you can witness the beautiful sunrise. The home stay is authentic, clean and well maintained. The hosting is excellent with tasty yummy homely food. The place is safe for kids and is pet friendly. A great place for relaxation and fun with family and friends.

The home stay was quite peaceful and we all enjoyed the stay for 2 days. We did trekking to kavaldurga fort which was adventurous. I recommend this Home stay as they are friendly hosts and provide home made tasty food .

We were a family of 9 ,we visited this place during Christmas. The hospitality of the hosts was excellent. The homestay is very open and spacious and serves as a great retreat from city life. One of the best things about the homestay was the food ,it had that home cooked taste to it and was not overly flavoured. The quality of rooms was decent but I feel it could be improved. Overall me and my family had a pleasent stay at gabadi river edge.

If you are looking to stay in a aesthetic with a beautiful view, I would definitely recommend Gabadi River Edge. Beautiful place on the bank of Thunga river giving vintage vibes. Timeless Elegance!

We stayed at gabadi on the way to Goa and this was one of our best trip decisions! The place is a slice of heaven , just parked on the beautiful river. It is a hundred year old heritage home where you will feel like you are transported to another time. An open courtyard with stone pillars for areca nut drying, a huge garden full of greenery, cute little doggies running around and lip smacking malanadi food ..is what you can expect. We went with our 11 month old and the host was very kind to let us prepare baby food for my infant. Despite being on the main road ..you only hear the sounds of birds and nature. The family is also very warm and do their best to make you comfortable

Homestay was great with clean rooms and toilets, great home food, really liked their local delicacy and beautiful malnad region or western ghats, lot of places to visit nearby.
